The complete production workflow
Visiolog ERP links commercial tasks with actual events in MESPro. Work with the same items, materials and production orders.
Sales and customers
Manage customers, sales orders, lines and requested delivery dates. A guided sales workflow connects demand with stock and new production.
Demand and production routes
Review bills of materials, components, packaging and routes. Check materials, machine capacity and staffing before saving the plan.
Purchasing and goods receipt
Manage suppliers, purchase orders, approvals, partial receipts and returns. Follow which sales orders a purchase is intended to cover.
Inventory and quality
Manage locations, lots, reservations and release. Expected deliveries remain separate from physically received stock.
Production and completion
Plan using the same production orders as MESPro. Follow actual consumption, packed output, scrap and completion.
Traceability and delivery
Follow recorded lots from suppliers through production to customer deliveries. Document quality holds and recall cases.
From sales order to a plan you can review
The guided sales workflow takes you through customer, sales, coverage, route, materials, capacity and final review. Save a draft and return to it later.
Check the basis before approval
See material shortages, quality conditions, staffing and delivery risks. The basis is recalculated before the plan is saved.
Plan in the existing MESPro schedule
New production orders from the sales wizard are saved as Imported. Approval and production start remain separate actions.
Visiolog ERP is in beta

Accounting stays in your accounting system
The ERP module handles production operations. Financial accounting, VAT, banking and payroll remain in your external accounting system.
