What the production module does

Data is collected through envio's data collector, analysed and stored. Every production cycle is saved against its order with duration and timestamp.

Continuous data collection

Production data is collected continuously from machines and peripheral equipment and stored directly in the database.

Automatic downtime recording

The system detects idle machines automatically, recording the exact time and duration.

All machine types

The data collector fits all machine types, new and old. It communicates via Ethernet and has an offline backup.

KPIs and root-cause analysis

Collected data supports KPIs and investigation into stops, low output and quality issues.
